Electrical Testing for Swiss Reassurance

We have recently been commissioned by Swiss Reassurance, who have offices in the prestigious ‘Gerkin’ (30 St Mary Axe) in the City of London, to conduct the electrical testing and inspection of all of their offices nationwide.

One of our most recent projects has involved carrying out electrical installation and testing as part of the construction phase of an innovative community project in the heart of London.

When fully open, Training For Life Downside will be a unique facility Aiming to bring together a state-of-the-art fitness and well-being centre together with programmes for young people. The centre will provide them with an alternative to street life and gang culture.

PAT Testing for Country Properties Estate Agents

We are contracted to provide high quality periodic inspections and tests, along with PAT testing. Our service has assisted the agent in ensuring the safety of tenants whilst also protecting the Landlords’ interests.

This project required us to overhaul the electrical installations within various farm buildings which were part of the Council’s rental stock.

We carried out comprehensive inspection and testing of the buildings and subsequently completed the necessary work to bring the electrical installations in line with the latest specifications and standards.
